CODE OF CONDUCT
Chapter Lead & Ambassador Guidelines

Chapter Leads and Ambassadors play a vital role in representing Art from Heart and supporting its programs and community initiatives. Individuals in these roles are expected to act with professionalism, integrity, and respect at all times.
All participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect and Inclusion: Treat all volunteers, participants, and community members with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or exclusion of any kind is prohibited.

Positive Communication: Maintain a constructive and supportive tone. Avoid spreading negativity, gossip, or personal attacks.

Content Standards: All materials, posts, and communications—online or offline—must be appropriate for all audiences. Do not share content that is sexually explicit, violent, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

No Political or Controversial Messaging: Chapter Leads and Ambassadors must not promote political opinions, campaigns, or controversial topics while representing Art from Heart.

Responsible Collaboration: Support programs and events, work cooperatively with volunteers and participants, and communicate clearly and professionally.

Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of all participants and volunteers. Personal information must never be shared without consent.

Right to Use Photos and Videos: By participating as a Chapter Lead or Ambassador, you grant Art from Heart the right to use photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include your image or likeness for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes related to the organization.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the role. By serving as a Chapter Lead or Ambassador, individuals agree to uphold these standards and contribute positively to the mission and impact of Art from Heart.
